CoinDCX Founders Sumit Gupta and Neeraj Khandelwal Arrested Following Fraud FIR; Company Says Fake Websites Mimicking Crypto Exchange To Scam Investors

CoinDCX has clarified that an FIR filed against its co-founders, Sumit Gupta and Neeraj Khandelwal, is the result of a "conspiracy" involving impersonation. This comes after it was reported that the duo were arrested. The exchange flagged 1,212 fake websites mimicking its platform to scam investors. CoinDCX is cooperating with authorities to prove the complainants were victims of these third-party frauds.
